Ingredients:
  • ● Döner kebab - 125 grams
  • ● French fries - 60 grams
  • ● Greek flatbread - 90 grams
  • ● Mixed diced salad and yuzu juice - 50 grams
  • ● Tzatziki sauce - 40 grams
  • ● Feta cheese - 20 grams
Tzatziki Sauce:
  • ● Full fat Greek yogurt - 120 grams
  • ● Garlic granules - 15 grams
  • ● Grated cucumber - 50 grams
  • ● Lemon juice - 15 grams
  • ● Oilive oil - 15 grams
  • ● Finely choopped mint - 15 grams
  • ● Salt - 3 grams
  • ● Black pepper - 3 grams
Diced Salad:
  • ● Cucumber - 100 grams
  • ● Red onion - 100 grams
  • ● Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
  • ● Little Gem lettues - 100 grams
  • ● Yuzu juice - 20 grams

How to cook?

  • Place a small frying pan on medium heat with a dash of olive oil. Add döner meat and heat through, turning occationally.
  • Deep fry or air fry the French fries 8-10 mins.
  • Make the salad.
  • Finely dice all ingredients, cucumber, tomatoes, onion around 5 mm, lettues 10-12 mm place in a small bowl and mix in the yuzu. Open the flatbread on a cutting board. Spread the tzatziki over the whole surface area.
  • Spread the fries on one half of the bread, layer the diced salad over the fries, then add the kebab meat and finally a layer of Feta. Fold the flatbread in half. Gently transfer the flatbread to a sandwich grill and grill press for 2-3 mins.
  • Place on a serving plate with green garnih decoration.
  • Serve and enjoy.
