Place crispers in a deep fryer set to 180°C for 4-6 mins once thawed / Place crispers in an air fryer set to 180°C for 6-8 mins once thawed.
Make the Noodle Sauce.
Add the ingredients to a small mixing bowl.
Slice the peppers and onion into nice, bite-sized chunks, trim the broccoli 5 mm from the floret, keep the peas whole.
Chop and crush the peanuts.
Place all veggies in a wok on medium heat with a little sesame oil, fry for 5 mins. Add the sauce and fry for a further 2 mins. Add the crispers, peanuts and toss with the veggies and sauce.
Pour the full contents into a serving bowl.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives. Carefully place microgreens in the middle of the dish.
