Ingredients:
  • ● Breaded crisper strips - 125 grams
  • ● Sweet peppers - 25 grams
  • ● Onion - 25 grams
  • ● Tenderstem Broccoli - 25 grams
  • ● Sugar snap peas - 25 grams
  • ● Crushed peanuts - 10 grams
  • ● Noodle sauce - 100 grams
Noodle Sauce:
  • ● Soy sauce - 60 grams
  • ● Oyster sauce - 25 grams
  • ● Sesame oil - 15 grams
  • ● Rice vinegar - 15 grams
  • ● Honey - 20 grams
  • ● Ginger puree - 15 grams
  • ● Garic puree - 15 grams
  • ● Chilli flakes - 5 grams
Garnish:
  • ● Microgreens - 3 grams
  • ● Chives - 2 grams
  • ● Sesame seeds - 1 grams

How to cook?

  • Place crispers in a deep fryer set to 180°C for 4-6 mins once thawed / Place crispers in an air fryer set to 180°C for 6-8 mins once thawed.
  • Make the Noodle Sauce.
  • Add the ingredients to a small mixing bowl.
  • Slice the peppers and onion into nice, bite-sized chunks, trim the broccoli 5 mm from the floret, keep the peas whole.
  • Chop and crush the peanuts.
  • Place all veggies in a wok on medium heat with a little sesame oil, fry for 5 mins. Add the sauce and fry for a further 2 mins. Add the crispers, peanuts and toss with the veggies and sauce.
  • Pour the full contents into a serving bowl.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives. Carefully place microgreens in the middle of the dish.
  • Serve and enjoy.
