Place a small frying pan on medium heat with a dash of olive oil. Add döner meat and heat through, turning occationally.
Deep fry or air fry the French fries 8-10 mins.
Make the salad.
Finely dice all ingredients, cucumber, tomatoes, onion around 5 mm, lettues 10-12 mm place in a small bowl and mix in the yuzu. Open the flatbread on a cutting board. Spread the tzatziki over the whole surface area.
Spread the fries on one half of the bread, layer the diced salad over the fries, then add the kebab meat and finally a layer of Feta. Fold the flatbread in half. Gently transfer the flatbread to a sandwich grill and grill press for 2-3 mins.
Place on a serving plate with green garnih decoration.
