Ingredients:
  • ● Tempura chicken nuggets - 100 grams
  • ● Tzatziki sauce - 80 grams
  • ● Tomato cherries - 15 grams
  • ● Curry - 1 gram
  • ● Microgreens - 1 gram
  • ● Butter - 20 grams

How to cook?

  • Place nuggets in a deep fryer 2 mins after fries and cook for 6-8 mins from frozen / Place nuggets in an air fryer 2 mins after fries and cook for 6-8 mins from frozen.
  • Peel the asparagus and boil in salted water for 4 minutes from the moment of boiling. Cool in cold water with ice. Fry the asparagus in butter. Cut in half and arrange on a warm plate. Place the fried nuggets on them.
  • Pour the sauce next to this and decorate with the remaining ingredients.
